A multidisciplinary practice in Laverton are seeking a Psychologist who is proficient in assessments to join their team on a part-time basis. The clinic is large, boasting over 20 consulting rooms and 50 staff, and are seeking a Psychologist to absorb their referrals for assessments, particularly ADOS-2. This role can be solely assessment, or can include a mix of therapy and assessment. This position is offered on a subcontracting basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the clinic admin time from home. Key Benefits: Remuneration: Enjoy a 60/40 split on billings during client facing time, with a highly competitive 70/30 split when completing billable tasks from home. Admin Support: Have your bookings, billing, correspondence and all other non-clinical admin duties taken care of by a dedicated reception team and operations manager. Multidisciplinary Team: The clinic is home to GPs, Paediatricians, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and more, giving you the opportunity to expand your professional network alongside promoting internal referrals. Well-resourced Clinic: The clinic has all the resources required for common assessments, as well as spacious, comfortable consulting rooms designed for work with children and young people, and a dedicated reception space. Your duties will include: Taking on a caseload of predominantly assessments, ensuring timely feedback and reports. Working 2-4 days per week from the practice with the option to do admin from home. Employing a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to client care, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and ethics. Requirements/Skills: AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Valid Police Check and WWCC.
